Reception

Sushi Bar- Chefs will Make to Order Assorted Style Sushi and Sashimi

To Include; Tuna, Salmon, Snapper, Mock Crab, Crunchy Rolls, Cucumber Rolls, Vegetable Rolls, Served with Wasabi, Pickled Ginger and Soy Sauce

 

Italian Station -Chefs will make to Order A Selection of Penne, Bowtie Pasta With a Choice of Grilled Tomato Basil Sauce, Parve Alfredo Sauce or Pesto Sauce, With Assorted Toppings to Include Sun dried Tomatoes, Wild Mushrooms, Grilled Onions, Roasted Green and Red Peppers, Roasted Pine Nuts, Sliced Black Olives, Garlic, Olive Oil and Hot Peppers

 

Tapas Bar- Decoratively Displayed Bowls Filled with Assorted Tapas to include, Diced Hearts of Palm Salad, Diced artichoke Salad, Seafood Salad, Green Olives, Black Olives, Roasted Red Peppers, Roasted Green Peppers, Roasted Yellow Peppers, Roasted Tear Drop Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic, Grilled Diced Eggplant, Diced Fennel Salad, Sliced Hard Salami, Cubed Smoked Sausage, Cubed Herb Sausage, Mini Pickles

Two Carving Stations - Chefs will Carve to Order First Cut Pastrami, Corned Beef and Whole Oven Roasted Breast of Turkey Served with Proper Condiments to Include Cracked Mustard, Citrus Style Mayonnaise, Cranberry Sauce, Pumpernickel and Rye Style Cocktail Breads, Sliced Barrel Pickles and Sauerkraut.


Ropa Viaja Station- Classic South American Cuisine Made by our Chefs Served in Martini Glasses Filled with Layers of White Rice, Shredded Beef Marinated in Tomato and Peppers Topped with Black Bean and Garnished with Fried Plantain Curl.

 

Oriental Station- Served From Silver Chafing Dishes, Oriental fried Rice with Vegetables, Pepper Steak, Chicken and Mixed Vegetables, Szechuan Style Chicken, Lomain Noodles with Beef, all Items to Be Served In Mini Pinto Boxes and Chopsticks.

 

Grooms Table– Sliced Marble Cake, Bobkas and Mini Black and White Cookies.

 

From Silver Chafing Dishes- Mini Beef Sliders and Mini Hot Dogs

Served with Proper Condiments to Include Sliced Tomatoes, onions and Pickles, Sauerkraut, Mustard and Ketchup

 

Yichud Room For Bride and Groom; Orange Juice, Fresh Fruit Plate and Tex-Mex Style Plate.
